Our switchable walk-on glass floors and rooflights combine cutting-edge smart glass technology with the structural integrity of our load-bearing glass panels—bringing a unique blend of privacy, natural light, and architectural style to your space.

Each unit is expertly fabricated in-house by our specialist team using three layers of 10mm clear toughened glass, laminated together with a 1.5mm EVA interlayer for superior strength and safety. This results in a robust 33mm walk-on glass floor designed to meet the demands of both residential and commercial environments.

To introduce privacy control, a switchable glass panel is discreetly bonded to the underside of the floor. This smart layer is inset by 100mm around all edges, allowing the structural glass to carry the load while fully protecting the switchable technology.

At the touch of a button, the glass changes from transparent to opaque—ideal for creating privacy on demand, reducing glare, or controlling light flow between floors.

Custom Finishes & Framework Options

To ensure a seamless installation and polished aesthetic, we can encapsulate a black-painted border within the glass. This conceals the underlying framework and creates a clean visual edge once installed. We also offer bespoke steel support frames, powder-coated in matte black as standard. Each frame features a foam sealing strip and pre-drilled countersunk holes for easy installation—perfect for fitting into concrete or structural openings.

Important Order & Delivery Information

• Made to Order: All panels are custom-manufactured. Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, changes may incur fees depending on production progress.

• Delivery: All deliveries are curbside only and may arrive by pallet or loose from a specialist glass-transport vehicle. Please ensure you have the means to safely unload and handle the panels. Our team is happy to advise on best practices.

• Delivery Charges: Additional delivery fees apply to the following postcodes:
  AB, BT, CT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PL, TD, TN23–30, TR. We will contact you after purchase to arrange payment if required.

• Tolerance: All glass floors are manufactured to a tolerance of ±3mm. Please allow for this when specifying your final dimensions.
