As long as the unit is correctly specified and installed, including proper weatherproofing and drainage, frameless glass performs reliably in outdoor conditions year-round.

The walk-on and switchable rooflights use a stepped insulated construction that handles thermal performance alongside structural strength. On the walk-on and switchable models, yes. They're engineered specifically for it. Three layers of 10mm toughened glass laminated with EVA interlayer gives you a solid 33mm panel rated for foot traffic. Our standard frameless rooflights aren't built to be walked on though. If you need a walkable surface, the walk-on or switchable range is what you're after.
